Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read before committing to a booking.  Our booking service uses live inventory and you can Book Now by clicking the button above or phone our Freecall number for more details. Don't Miss Out! Our park fills up fast during peak times so Book Now.

Rates

Note that our pricing and booking terms are DYNAMIC, that is they may change from day to day and just like city hotels or airlines, we react to demand.
Mid season = School holidays, Long weekends
High season = Christmas/ New Year and part of January, Australia Day w/end, Easter. Minimum night stay may apply during peak periods
Low season = All other times of the year
(Note: Dates may vary from the above for seasonal pricing and depend on demand)

Deposits/Payments/Cancellations:

Full or final payment for all bookings is due upon arrival.

  • - All major credit cards accepted
  • - Cheques by post and received at least 3 weeks prior to arrival are accepted

Deposits

Low and Mid season = A deposit amount equal to at least 50% of cost of stay must be received at least 2 weeks before arrival. A credit card number + authorisation to charge will suffice.
High season = A deposit amount equal to at least 50% of cost of stay is due at time of booking with balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 3 weeks of arrival date require full payment on booking. IMPORTANT:Please see cancellation policy below.
Deposits or Payments not received = Bookings will be cancelled and deposits forfeited if payments are not received according to the above conditions.

Cancellations

A processing fee of 25.00 will apply to all cancellations.
Low season - Cancellations made within 48hrs of arrival may result in loss of deposit/payments.
Peak and Mid Season - Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before arrival date will result in loss of deposits or payment, especially for peak period bookings. Be sure of your booking dates before committing to a stay in Albany.
Cancellations after arrival - Early departure will not result in a refund

Pricing Guarantee

We guarantee that the pricing on our website is accurate. We can not guarantee nor control the pricing advertised by a third party or in print media and reserve the right to vary our pricing as necessary.

Extra People

Customers need to inform our office if extra people are to stay on site. Advertised rates are for 2 people. Extra persons will incur an additional fee according to our pricing schedule. Infants stay free. Dogs stay free.  We reserve the right to ask a booked in customer to leave if extra unauthorised people are found to be staying on site.

Security and Dog Bonds

We require a Security key bond (10.00) for powered sites or a Room and key bond for cabins (50.00) or Dog and Security key bond (50.00) for every booking upon arrival. Bond can be either by cash, (receive it back at checkout) or by Credit Card swipe, (card isn’t charged unless there is a problem). If you have issues with these bonds, ask for further explanation at the time of booking.

Dogs and Pets

We welcome pets and pet owners and their pets and for the most part, the animals behave better than us humans. Both you as a pet owner and our Park are however bound by the Caravan and Camping Act Regulations…Pets are not allowed into the onsite accommodation (we do have one ‘dog cabin’ where the animal can be inside with the owner). They are allowed on verandahs and on the park grounds. They must be under control and on a leash but you can let them off the lead for a run on our 2 acre dog park! We also maintain a safe and clean environment for both pet owners and non pet owners. To guarantee the safety and right to stay at our park with pets, we require a pet bond. If there are no problems, this bond is fully refundable on departure. This fair system has worked well over many years so rest assured this is not another hidden charge for customers. We very rarely have to retain bonds as travellers take very good care of their pets.

Late Arrivals

Our office closes at 6pm. Arrivals after this time need to be prearranged with staff. Payment of booking or credit card guarantee is required for all late arrivals.

Specific Needs

It is the responsibility of the customer to let our office know of any special requirements that you may have prior to your arrival. It is also the customer's responsibility to determine if the accommodation booked is suitable. Use this website and contact our office staff by telephone to get the full picture.

Discounts

All specials are subject to availability and are on a first come first serve. Only one discount can apply at one time. No specials available during public holidays or school holidays. Specials pricing is based on 2 people per booking. Extra charges will apply for more than 2 people. Specials may be discontinued at any time so we recommend booking ahead of time by email or phone to secure the best deal.

Electricity Loading

We have 15 amp outlets and can easily run one heater and lights. The power will trip off at the outlet or breaker box if customers try to run too many appliances, eg: heater & kettle, 2 heaters etc.
