RATES
Mid and Peak pricing will apply at various times of the year. Plese call or email us for a quote and to check availability.

OFF PEAK
Deposit - A minimum of 1 nights accom must be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Balance of Payment - All monies owing are due on arrival. Cheques are not permitted for balance of payment.
 
PEAK (including holidays, show days, special event weekends)
Deposit - A deposit of 50% of total stay due on booking with balance of payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 3 weeks of arrival date require full payment on booking.
 
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation fee - A fee of 25.00 will apply to all cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 3 week before arrival date may result in loss of deposits or payment

Conditions

KEY BOND
We request a $10.00 key bond upon check-in. You get it back at check out when the return the key.

DOG BOND
We require a $40.00 bond from customers who bring a dog.

DOG RULES SHEET
Upon arrival, customers who bring a dog are required to read and sign the Park Regulations in regards to Animal Control.

IMPORTANT: Dogs are not allowed into the on-site accommodation, unless in a dogs-specific unit and authorised by managment.

VISITORS
Must park in the visitors car park

EXTRA PEOPLE STAYING IN UNIT/SITE
Customers should let us know if extra people are come to stay.

ELECTRICITY LOADING
We have 15 amp outlets and can easily run one heater and lights. The power will trip off at the outlet or breaker box if customers try to run too many appliances, eg: heater & kettle, 2 heaters etc.

SPECIFIC NEEDS
It is the responsibility of the customer to let our office know of any special requirements that you may have prior to your arrival. It is also the customer's responsibility to determine if the accommodation booked is suitable and should use this website and contact our office staff by telephone to get the full picture.
