Payment & Booking Conditions

OFF PEAK
Deposit - A minimum of 1 nights accom must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival and may be non-refundable on cancellation.
Balance of Payment - All monies owing are due on arrival. Cheques are not permitted for balance of payment.

PEAK
Deposit - A deposit of 50% of total stay due on booking with balance of payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 3 weeks of arrival date require full payment on booking.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 3 weeks before arrival date will not incur any cancellation fee and all deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 3 weeks of arrival date may result in loss of payment.

Conditions

KEY BOND
We request a $10.00 key bond upon check-in. You get it back at check out when the return the key.

DOG BOND
We require a $40.00 bond from customers who bring a dog.

DOG RULES SHEET
Upon arrival, customers who bring a dog are required to read and sign the Park Regulations in regards to Animal Control.

VISITORS
Must park in the visitors car park

EXTRA PEOPLE STAYING IN UNIT/SITE
Customers should let us know if extra people are come to stay.

ELECTRICITY LOADING
We have 15 amp outlets and can easily run one heater and lights. The power will trip off at the outlet or breaker box if customers try to run too many appliances, eg: heater & kettle, 2 heaters etc.

It is the responsibility of the customer to let our office know of any special requirements that you may have prior to your arrival.
