PAYMENT:
Payment in full is required on arrival.
ADVANCE BOOKINGS:
DEPOSIT:
- Off Peak - minimum of 1 night accommodation
- Peak - 50% of total booking.
- Must be received two weeks prior to your arrival, unless otherwise
stated, and may be non refundable upon cancellation.
- Deposits not received by the due date will not guarantee the
reservation.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
- Is due on arrival - cheques are not permitted unless by prior
arrangement.
CHRISTMAS (24 Dec to end Jan) and EASTER - full payment
before arrival.
LATE ARRIVALS:
- Our office closes at 6pm. A late check in can be arranged for
bookings that are pre-paid.
GATE KEY
- For security, our park uses a Cable Gate.
- We require a bond of $10 cash for the cable gate key upon check-in.
- Return the cable gate key on departure for a refund of your
bond.
DOGS:
 Dogs
are permitted only with pre-approval. A bond of $40 cash will be
required upon check-in and returned upon departure if park rules
and Animal Regulations as followed. Dogs must be kept under control
at all times and are the owners responsibility. Section 25 Control
of Animals (Penalty $1000) (4) A person is not to bring any animal
into an on-site caravan or allow any animal under his or her control
to remain in an on-site caravan, Park Cabin or Chalet. This does
not apply in respect of a guide dog or hearing dog accompanying
its owner.
SPECIFIC NEEDS:
It is the responsibility of the customer to let our office know
of any special requirements that you may have prior to your arrival.
It is also the customer's responsibility to determine if the accommodation
booked is suitable and should use this website and contact our office
staff by telephone to get the full picture.
