Payment & Booking Condidtions

Off Peak
Deposit - A minimum of 1 nights accom must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival and may be non-refundable on cancellation.
Balance of Payment - All monies owing are due on arrival. Cheques are not permitted for balance of payment.

Peak
Deposit - A deposit of 50% of total stay due on booking with balance of payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 3 weeks of arrival date require full payment on booking.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 3 weeks before arrival date will not incur any cancellation fee and all deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 3 weeks of arrival date may result in loss of payment.
